Refunds & canceled shows

Last updated October 25, 2026 · Draft

If the show is canceled

You get every dollar back, fees included. It's automatic: the host cancels the show in Pásale, the refund goes back to the card you used, and you get an email. Refunds usually show up in 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank. Your tickets stop working.

If the show moves

You get an email with the new date, time or place. Your tickets still work for the new date. Can't make it? Reply to that email and the host will refund you.

If you just can't go

Tickets aren't refundable by default, but every host can refund any order. Reply to your ticket email: it goes straight to the host. When a host refunds you, every dollar comes back, fees included.

Who covers the card fee

The card company (Stripe) doesn't give its processing fee back on refunds. So when a ticket is refunded, the host covers that fee, not the guest. Pásale gives its own 3% back.

Free tickets

Free and reserved tickets cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. If a free show is canceled, the tickets stop working and you get an email.

Something wrong?

Charged twice, ticket never showed up, or the host isn't answering? Email hello@pasale.app with your ticket number and we'll help sort it out.
